If you’ve been a Central West End resident, you’ve probably either seen or met Paul at some point. He’s been a notable figure in the neighborhood for over 40 years, having served in leadership positions on various neighborhood boards and organizations. His interests include architecture, history, music, hockey and bicycling. Selling real estate came naturally to Paul, beginning with his work in low-income housing developments after his college education. He purchased his first house in the CWE in 1977, a handsome three-story 1897 residence on Pershing Place. He and Amy married in 2005, and since then have become known as the go-to team in CWE residential real estate. Paul has sold homes on every street in the CWE (sometimes two or three times) and in every major condominium development over the years. His client reviews have included such comments as, “a trusted advisor,” “an expert analyst” and “a classy businessman.” He has served on the boards of Forest Park Forever, the CWE South Business District, Cathedral Concerts and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. He’s also been a member of the CWE Association’s House & Garden Tour committee and a panelist for the Regional Arts Commission. He and Amy are season ticket holders at the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra, Jazz at the Bistro and Cathedral Concerts, and are long-time supporters of the Sierra Club and Earth justice.
